A self-initiated portfolio project exploring how supply-chain disruption data could be brought together into one operational command centre.
Supply-chain operations involve shipments, vendors, inventory, disruption events, geopolitical risks and delivery timelines.
For this concept, I explored how these different signals could be brought together into a single experience that helps operations teams understand what is at risk, where the risk is happening, and what needs attention next.
How might I help operations teams move from disruption → context → risk → action without switching between disconnected views?
